1. Verify the power button
Make sure you're pressing the power button correctly and holding it down for a few seconds (5~10 seconds in cases) to see if the device turns on.

When the device is updating internally, it may take anywhere from 7 to 20 seconds (or longer) for the power to turn on.

2. Plug in and charge the device
Plug it into power source using the provided charger and cable.
Let it charge for a while and then try turning it on again.

If the battery is completely drained, please charge it for at least 3~10 minutes before trying to turn it on.
There are possibilities that it may take more time for the device to power on.
3. Verify the battery indicator
If there's a battery indicator light on the device, check if it's showing any signs of life when plugged in or when the power button is pressed.

Please check if the power plug and USB cable are properly plugged in. Adjust the device and power plug to see if it charges.
